Rebel Wilson just got her biggest new fan – seriously, he’s 6′ 8″ and weighs 250 lbs.
LeBron James told reporters one thing that cheered him up recently: seeing Pitch Perfect 2.
“I went to the movies last week at a regular movie theater,” James said, speaking about how, despite his superstar status, he still likes to do normal things.
“What is the movie with the girls and they’re singing,” he asked, before remembering, “Pitch Perfect 2, which is unbelievable.”
He added, “Fat Amy is awesome. I love her. Wherever you are, you’re awesome.”
Turns out Rebel Wilson, who plays Fat Amy in the films, heard the compliment, and thanked LBJ via Twitter.
“Thanks KingJames for the shout out today, your taste in movies is as amazing as your basketball!”

One of James’ teammates, Iman Shumpert, is also a movie buff – but his latest theater going experience wasn’t as positive as James’.
Shumpert recently watched Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in San Andreas, a movie that centers around a massive earthquake destroying the same Bay Area where half the NBA Finals will be played.
“Warriors i kno yall got home court advantage but after watching San Andreas with wifey… can we play all 4 in CLE cuz I aint got [time] for [tidal waves],” he Tweeted at his opponents, the Golden State Warriors.
Shumpert later joked, “when warriors see this movie even they gon wish Cavs would’ve won more games and played more in CLE.”
The Warriors quipped back on their official Twitter page, “nah, we’re good” along with an icon of a surfer riding on a wave.
